Reds and oranges greet the morning sky
trees aflame in Autumn's gaze
just as my heart burns with passion
to emblazen my love within your soul
Windswept and wild
as a Nor'easter upon the shore
my body longs to satisfy you
with the cool rains of desire
Longing I have never known
insatiable in the wanting
to lay with you in the fields
of the Harvest that pass into winter snows
Seasons may pass as lovers
changing as the colors of the leaves
but this my season of love
will endure forever
if you will only come to me in Autumn's fire.
